According to the findings, higher levels of fats or abdominal fats are due to the low vitamin levels, mainly vitamin D among the women and men who are actually obese.
In case of women, a higher amount of liver fat are linked with the low vitamin D levels, and this finding has not been observed in the obese men. It still remains confused; however, lower level of vitamin D leads to store the abdominal fats in the body.
